    First use one of the following links to download an appropriate Python to your computer. Make sure to download Python 3, such as Python 3.5 or 3.6

    • Python for Windows
    • Python for Macs

    After installation, run IDLE app to start up Python 3.

    To test, try some arithmetic at IDLE’s interactive prompt.

        >>> 3 * 4
        12
        >>> import math
        >>> math.pi * 2
        6.283185307179586
