Exhibit set-up and removal
Exhibit set-up is scheduled from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., and removal is scheduled from 3:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 19.
When You Should Be Present At Your Exhibit
Exhibitors should be present at their exhibits during the morning break (10:45-11:00 am) and afternoon Exhibit session (2:30 to 3:00 pm). During the rest of the day, you are welcome to attend the plenary talks and breakout discussions, lunch, and afternoon oral presentations.
Be sure to provide contact information for symposium attendees who may visit your booth when you are not there.
