Astronomy Images from the Bucknell Observatory

The images below were made at the Bucknell Observatory. All of the images were taken with 8" Meade LX-200 f/6.3 telescopes and SBIG ST-7 CCD cameras, unless otherwise specified. The sky orientation of the images is arbitrary.


M1: The Crab Nebula. Taken by Jen Bower ('03), Leilani Shughart ('03), and Matt Katcoff ('04). Combination of 10 3-minute integrations with autoguiding.
Filter: SBIG red.
