Charge (Faculty Handbook, II.D.4)

The Committee makes recommendations to the Administration on the financial aspects of program planning, facilities planning, and the capital budget, and on the general policies and guidelines for the annual budget. The Committee will receive annual reports from the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs, the Vice President for Finance and Administration, the Vice President for Student Affairs, and the Vice President for Development and University Relations concerning:

plans for generation of revenue;
statements of needs and priorities made by the major standing committees and administrative officers, by the Faculty, and by the Congress of BSG;
the present and past allocation of resources.
