The Chair of the Faculty and a Faculty Representative are invited to attend the annual and semiannual meetings of the Bucknell Board of Trustees. The Faculty Representative is selected by the Chair of the Faculty from among the four faculty members elected by the faculty to serve as representatives to the following trustee committees: Complementary Activities, Educational Policy, Finance, and University Relations. The Chair of the Faculty and the Faculty Representative also serve as at-large representatives to these same committees.
