Presented in Falls Township Hall, Zanesville, Ohio on August 2, 2008.

The inscription reads "May sun's embrace fall upon this garden nook."
At the ceremony, Nancy was told that the two doves symbolize John and Elizabeth (Cummins) Jackson and they will always be watching over her.
