Announcements:
Welcome to Bucknell University's chapter of the Society of Physics Students' home on the world wide web. The society of physics students is national organization sponsored by the American Institute of Physics, open to any student with an interest in physics and the physical sciences. It is dedicated to promoting the professional development of students, and the contributions they make to the professional community and to society.
More specifically, the Bucknell Chapter of SPS is open to any and all students with an interest in the physical sciences. We focus on preparing the student for a successful post undergraduate career, by sponsoring a Tuesday afternoon lecture series, GRE tutorial sessions, and providing assistance in obtaining science/engineering industry positions, summer internship, and REU opportunities.
If you are interested in joining (that is, being put on our email list), please contact Jaime Wallace jwallace@bucknell.edu.
